Ebay

Now I know you must be thinking what does Ebay have to do with gardening…

well it is actually a great course for cheap gardening supplies.  

I recently bought some worm castings, coir blocks and some perlite. 

The worm castings will be used for fertilising and to add to our compost as our current compost piles are still not ready for use. The coir will be added to other soils to make our own homemade potting mix along with the perlite. 

We also plan on buying a poly-tunnel later in the year for using on our allotment in addition to the current glass green house that we have. 

In the past I have bought green manure from ebay seller Seedaholic who also sells online http://stores.ebay.co.uk/seedaholic. They have been very fast and always professional. 

So if you live in an area where garden supplies are expensive or limited take a look on ebay you might be able to find some great deals.
